This policy describes how ODpal, Inc. ("ODpal," "we," "us") handles information collected through this website. It covers visitors to odpal.com. Our practice-facing products have their own agreements, including a Business Associate Agreement where applicable.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you request a demo or email us, we collect what you send: your name, work email, practice name, and your message.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider logs IP addresses and request data to operate and secure the service.
What we do not collect
This website is for practice owners and staff, not patients. We do not collect patient information or protected health information through this site, and we ask that you not submit any.

We do not sell your information. We never have and never will.
Service providers
Delivering this site involves a small set of processors:
- Our hosting provider serves the site and logs basic request data
- Calendly handles demo scheduling when you book a time
Each receives only what is needed for its role and operates under its own privacy terms.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising cookies. Embedded tools such as the Calendly scheduler may set their own cookies when you interact with them, governed by their policies.
Retention
We keep inquiry and lead information for as long as it is useful for the conversation you started with us, and delete it on request.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email hello@odpal.com and we will take care of it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it here with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted plainly at the top.
