About ODpal

ODpal is a modern patient communication platform built exclusively for independent optometry practices.

It centralizes text, email, and in-app messaging into one hub — alongside scheduling, recalls, digital forms, and a co-branded patient mobile app. ODpal was designed around how optometry practices actually operate, not adapted from a generic healthcare tool.

We built ODpal because we saw firsthand how generic healthcare platforms failed to address the unique needs of optometry: product fulfillment workflows, annual care cycles, and the high-touch communication that defines independent practice.

Why We Built ODpal
