What counts as an active patient?
Any patient who visited in the past 24 months or has an upcoming appointment. We pull the exact count from your practice management system during onboarding, so you never have to estimate it.
What happens when my practice grows into the next band?
Your price holds until renewal. We true up the count once a year, and growth mid-year never raises your bill mid-year.
Can I start with just the website?
Yes. ODpal Local stands on its own, and most practices start there. When you are ready for the platform, your Local plan is included in it.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Monthly plans are month to month and you can cancel anytime. Annual plans simply trade a commitment for about 15 percent off and a waived setup fee.
Is there a setup fee?
A one-time $499 onboarding fee covers your website build, data setup, and launch. It is waived with annual billing.
What does early access mean?
Care and Grow features are rolling out to founding practices now. Early access practices get white-glove onboarding and a direct line to the team building it.
